Daimen Kemp ( Project Officer)

Daimen has had meetings with Mike Rodd:

Date: 29 April 2010. Location: Devizes Wharf. Present: Damian Kemp and Mike Rodd.

Purpose: To update MR on the progress of the mooring consultations. No notes were kept but the same information was shared, that evening, at the K&A User Group Meeting.

Date 22 October 2009. Location: Devizes Wharf. Present: Damian Kemp, Sally Ash and Mike Rodd.

Purpose: To discuss BW’s forthcoming consultation and how it is hopeful of piloting the model of using a local steering group to develop a local mooring strategy for the Western end of the K&A. At this meeting we asked Mike Rodd if the Trust would be willing to be involved, and possibly chair, any local steering group. No notes were taken as it was more of an informal discussion with no actions generated.

There has been a couple of telephone conversations between Daimen and Mike Rodd (General Manager, K&A Trust) but these have been of a logistical nature – to arrange the deposit of copies of consultation papers in the Trust shop at Devizes Wharf, early November 2009 and more recently to arrange the use of a meeting room at Devizes Wharf.

Please see emails attached.
