The 1995 Act is generous. To not challenge BW's abuses of Law on the fear of BW 'seeking additional powers' is to accept abuse on the basis of what may or may not happen - it is an opinion of fear. The misplaced opinions of 'wanna-be patrol officers' who support 14 days simply dis-empower our community. The 14 day rule is a clear lie. The 1995 Act is generous.
