To not challenge BW&#039;s abuses of Law on the fear of BW &#039;seeking additional powers&#039; is to accept abuse on the basis of what may or may not happen - it is an opinion of fear. The misplaced opinions of &#039;wanna-be patrol officers&#039; who support 14 days simply dis-empower our community.</description>
