K&A Boaters’ Action Group, 10th June, Avoncliff

The next meeting of the K&A Boaters’ Action Group will be on Monday 10th June 2019 at 7.30pm at the Cross Guns, Avoncliff BA15 2HB. All are welcome. The meeting will continue to focus on supporting boaters faced with enforcement or Section 8’s by CRT.

Boats Are Homes demo and flotilla, London, 24th-25th May

Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019

A ‘Boats Are Homes’ demonstration in London will take place on 24th May 2019 starting with a rally on the Grand Union Canal next to Paddington station at 1pm and marching to the Canal & River Trust office at Little Venice, handing out leaflets to the public.

On Saturday 25th May at 12 noon the Paddington Party and Flotilla will begin on the canal near Paddington station.

K&A User Group Forum, 5th June, Bradford on Avon

There will be a Kennet and Avon Canal User Group Forum on Wednesday 5th June 2019 between 6pm and 8pm at St Margaret’s Hall, St Margaret’s Street, Bradford on Avon, BA15 1DE. If you wish to raise any issues about enforcement, waterway maintenance, facilities for boaters or other matters, this meeting is an opportunity to do so. It is an open meeting and all waterway users are entitled to attend.
