Boaters invited to community defibrillator training, Bedwyn, 15th March

Liveaboard boaters are invited to a Community Basic Life Support and Defibrillator training session in Great Bedwyn Village Hall, Frog Lane, Great Bedwyn on Thursday 15th March 2018 at 6.45pm for a 7.15pm start.

The training is funded by the Great Bedwyn GP surgery which welcomes patients who are liveaboard boaters. The surgery says:

“We are funding a Community training session on basic life support, and the use of a defibrillator. You may have seen the one on the wall in the Surgery car park. There is now also one on the side wall at the Village Hall

WOULD YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THEM??

Come along for a FREE training session with friends, family and other villagers.

Those that have attended in the past are welcome to come along to refresh their knowledge, and it would be great to see new faces.

Everyone is welcome regardless of age or mobility

It isn’t hard but your knowledge one day may save someone’s life.

If you would like to come along, pop in to the surgery and let us know who would like to attend, or simply drop Keith Marshall an email kmarshall@nhs.net

We look forward to seeing many of you in March.”
