Boat Fire Safety Talk, Devizes, this Tuesday 27th November

There will be a Boat Fire Safety presentation at the Black Horse, Bath Road, Devizes (between locks 47 and 48 on the Caen Hill flight) this Tuesday 27th November 2018 at 7pm. There will also be one on 4th December 2018 at 6.30pm at the Cross Guns, Avoncliff.

Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service will be giving comprehensive advice on how to make your boat as fire safe as possible and what to do in case of fire, including FREE SMOKE DETECTORS AND CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS!!

Boat Fire Safety Talk, Bathampton, 12th March

The last Boat Fire Safety Talk of this winter will be on Monday 12th March 2018 at 7.30pm at the George Inn, on the K&A canal in Bathampton. The George is under new management. The talk will be in the function room at the back of the pub.

Avon Fire and Rescue Service will be giving comprehensive advice on how to make your boat as fire safe as possible and what to do in case of fire, including FREE smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms.

Boat Fire Safety talk, Saltford, 25th April

Boat Fire Safety week May 25th to 31st

Following the tragic death of a boater in a fire on a boat at Hilperton Marsh last November, Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service is once again sending Boat Fire Safety Advisers cycling along the towpath and to marinas offering FREE boat fire safety checks and smoke alarms. May 25th to 31st is Boat Fire Safety Week throughout the country.
