Enforcement supervisor jumped before he was pushed

It has emerged that Enforcement Supervisor Russell Bennett left his job after a complaint about him was made by a female member of staff. Mr Bennett was advised by his solicitor that the complaint of sexual harassment would result in his dismissal and that his best course of action would be to leave and get another job while he still had a clean disciplinary record.

Enforcement team job descriptions published

Following a Freedom of Information request via, a boater has obtained the job descriptions and person specifications for most of the CRT/ BW enforcement team, apart from the job description for Enforcement and Licensing Manager Denise Yelland. This includes information about the numbers of staff in each position in different waterway areas.
