We have been informed that the police are treating the theft of the Dudley Castle as a civil matter. This means that is has not been logged as a crime and the police are treating it as a dispute over ownership. Thanks to everyone who reported seeing it on its journey west towards Bath. The police attended the boat four times, which proves how difficult it would be to actually steal a boat on the K&A.
