Bikes found in Kintbury

We received a message from the police in Hungerford that some bikes were found in Kintbury. They may have been stolen from boats. Here’s the message and details of who to contact if you think they are yours:

“I am the Community Support Officer for the Hungerford area Berkshire. I
have had a conversation with a boater this morning about the thefts
from boats in the past couple of weeks. On the 8th March we found 3
bicycles just abandoned in Kintbury ,they had been there for around 4
hours. We expected a call to say someone had their shed/garage broken
into and someone had stolen them, that call has not come in!! I was
wondering if any boaters had their bikes stolen in any of these break-ins? If so
please contact me with make, model and colour and I can see if we have
it. Email me on deborah.randall@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk or my mobile
number 07970 145703.

I would like to let you know that officers from Hungerford do patrol the
towpaths and would like to know when things happen so patrols can be
stepped up. You can do this by ringing 101 or use my contact details
should you have issues in our area. We cover up to the Wiltshire boarder
and run down to Kintbury and Hamstead Marshall, then Newbury police take over.

Thanks
