K&A boaters action group next meeting 14th September, Devizes

The next meeting of the K&A boaters action group will be next Monday September 14th at 7.30pm in Devizes. Please come to the meeting if you need any information about CRT’s new policy towards boaters without home moorings or about CRT enforcement letters, texts or emails. Among other things the group will be discussing the consultation on the proposed towpath ‘upgrade’ between Bath and Bathampton by CRT and BaNES Council, funded by a grant from the Cycle City Ambition Fund. The boaters action group meets on the second Monday of every month in different places along the canal. If you have some time to contribute to defending and promoting the boating community on the K&A, please get involved.
