The next meeting of the K&A boaters action group will be next Monday 8th June at 7.30pm in Bradford on Avon. Among other things the group will be discussing further action to take about damage and abuse caused by hire boat stag parties, and how to challenge CRT’s new policy towards boaters without home moorings given that some boaters have already been forced to renew licences for 6 months only.
The boaters action group meets on the second Monday of every month in different places along the canal. If you have some time to contribute to defending and promoting the boating community on the K&A, please get involved.
