So Henk has sold Heart of Gold and gone yachting, but straight away another coal boat appears, so there are still three coal and diesel boats on the K&A.

Aquilo, the newest coal and diesel boat, pictured below, is run by Spencer and Victoria Collins from The Boatyard, Hilperton, tel 01225 710017. Aquilo is a new boat built to the Collins’ design which is based on the Grand Union Canal Company boats built at Woolwich by Harland and Wolff Ltd in the 1930s.
