Jane Lee has been appointed CRT Enforcement Supervisor for London and the South.In 2009 Jane Lee became BW’s Boating Analyst, working from home to analyse the boat movements of continuous cruisers to decide who to put into the enforcement procedure that has threatened so many liveaboards without home moorings with homelessness. Ms Lee was previously an Enforcement Officer on the K&A based in Gloucester and Devizes. She replaces Russell Bennett, who resigned earlier this month.
