NABO AGM at Bradford on Avon, 17th November

This year the National Association of Boat Owners’ AGM will be at the Beef and Barge at Bradford on Avon Marina on Saturday 17th November. Non-members are invited to the second half of the AGM starting at 12.30pm. This will be an informal question and answer forum with NABO Council members and guest Mike Rodd, Chair of the Kennet and Avon Canal Trust. All local boaters are welcome to attend. NABO members between them have a great deal of expertise about legal and practical issues affecting boat owners. Everyone will have a chance to join in the debate. In 2003 and 2009 NABO obtained legal opinions from barristers regarding various aspects of CRT/ BW’s powers, which are available to members if they are taken to court by CRT.
