The Boaters’ Cafe Club outreach boat Litania will be at the lower wharf in Bradford on Avon on Tuesday 5th September 2017 from 12pm to 4pm. Paper copies of the Wiltshire liveaboard boaters’ survey will be available.
This time, Alex from Turning Point will be on board. He can give support with alcohol and substance abuse issues, and can also help if you have related problems with benefits. Turning Point is based in Trowbridge and it also holds drop-in sessions at the Hub in Bradford on Avon.
On board as usual there will also be free hot drinks, snacks and lunch for those who need it, and support from Canal Ministries and the Julian House Gypsy, Traveller, Boater and Roma Community Support Service who jointly run the outreach boat. The boat goes out on the first Tuesday of each month to easily accessible places on the canal within BaNES and Wiltshire.
