Mikron Theatre, who tour every summer on their narrowboat Tyseley, are bringing two shows to the Rowbarge at Woolhampton at the end of June. In their own words, Mikron have “a reputation for tackling large scale subjects and turning history into vivid and dramatic entertainment”. Since the company was formed in 1963 they have spent over 20,000 hours boating on the inland waterways. They are based at Marsden on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal.
Losing the Plot, about “Love, Life and Allotments” is on 25th June at 7.30pm, and Can You Keep A Secret? about the rise and fall of the Yorkshire Luddites, is on 29th June at 7.30pm.
